THEN, there's Megan, whenever Gabi is unavailable due to being off or on the line with another customer, I seem to always get connect with Megan and she is on top of everything, she will answer questions and reach back out with the answer as soon as she finds out. The staff in this office is nothing short of amazing, and I'm so happy I wasn't screening calls the first time Gabi called to respond to my quote request! While I haven't had to make any claims (and prayerfully we never have to), getting the proper coverage, quotes, updates etc. has been seamless with this team, and as always... WE APPRECIATE YOU!"
